Ordering & Process

What is the design process?

Once we receive your order:

1) We will contact you (via the details you provide on checkout) to confirm the design and content of your products are correct.

2) Once you have confirmed this with us, we will begin production (which takes 2 to 10 working days, order dependent).

3) You will then get a notification when your stationery is on the way.

If you have purchased a product that does not need any customisation (like ribbon), then we will skip straight to step 3.

If there is a content or spelling error in the design, can I change it?

Yes, all orders have one free revision for spelling or content mistakes. If you need a second revision, that is not a problem, but there will be a fee charged.

Will I see how the stationery looks before it is printed?

Yes, as mentioned in the first question, every order comes with a standard confirmation process.

Do you offer designs that are not shown on the website?

Yes, we do offer designs that are not listed on our website. If you choose this option, you will work with one of our dedicated designers to create the stationery of your dreams!

Timing & Turnaround

What is your turnaround time?

Once you have placed your order, and been through the design confirmation process, your order will take 2 to 10 working days to produce. Thereafter, standard shipping times will apply.

What happens if I delay my approval?

We can only start with the production of your order once you have approved it. Therefore, it is essential that you provide confirmation as soon as possible to ensure that your stationery arrives in time for your celebration.

Customisation & Personalisation

If there is a content or spelling error in the design, can I change it?

Yes, all orders have one free revision for spelling or content mistakes. If you need a second revision, that is not a problem, but there will be a fee charged.

Can I change colours and fonts of the stationery?

You can, subject to a few conditions. All of our designs have preselected colours and fonts. If you would like to change these, you will need to contact us via our ‘Made To Order’ section, where we offer full customisation of colours and fonts, as well as packages that are made exclusively for you. ‘Made To Order’ designs do come with an additional design fee.

Can I create my own stationery designs from scratch?

Yes, you can! Head over to the ‘Made To Order' section, where we explain exactly how the process works.

Do you print in languages other than English?

Yes, the customisation process of all our stationery allows you full control to enter your text of choice.

Materials, Printing & Finishes

Am I able to select the paper type I want?

No, we have taken great care to select the paper type and finish that best compliments our designs. If you would like certain designs that are not available on our website, visit the ‘Made To Order’ section, where you can create your wedding stationery from scratch.

Proofing, Errors & Responsibility

Who must check spelling details?

It is up to you to check that the spelling and details you have entered are correct. You will also get one chance to confirm that spelling and details are correct through our approval process.

Can changes be made after the approval process?

Changes can be made after the approval process, but this will incur a reprint fee.

Shipping

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we do! Our shipping conditions are as follows:

- FREE shipping on orders over R1500 in South Africa

- Standard shipping fee of R200 for orders under R1500 in South Africa.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship internationally.

Stands

Do you provide stands for the stationery?

Stands are not included by default. However, we are in the process of building stands into our offering.

Policies

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

The only time we offer refunds is if the order is cancelled before the approval process, which may incur an admin fee.

If something is not the way you want it when you receive your stationery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
