We are based in South Africa and ship nationwide.

Because all of our products are made to order, please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All items are custom-made and require production time before shipping.

  • Production time:
     2-10 business days (depending on the product and order complexity)

  • Production time starts only once:

    • Final artwork is approved, and

    • All required custom information has been submitted.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Once your order is complete, it will be dispatched via a trusted courier service.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days

  • Outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional access.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order value

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email, and

  • A tracking number (where applicable)

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The delivery address is correct and complete

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel where required

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.

Urgent & Rush Orders

If you require an order urgently (for weddings or events), please contact us before placing your order.

Rush orders are subject to:

  • Availability, and

  • An additional rush fee.

Delays Outside Our Control

While we do our best to meet all timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Load shedding or infrastructure-related delays

  • Public holidays or strikes

We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and items

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
